Be a force multiplier for our customers—and our CEO.
At Agentnoon, we’re transforming how companies design and evolve their organizations. As Chief of Staff, you’ll partner closely with our CEO, Ali Nawab, and cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic clarity, operational excellence, and exceptional execution. This role is not about calendar management or administrative tasks—it’s about leading strategically, building deep relationships, and driving meaningful impact across our entire organization.
We’re looking for a high agency operator, communicator, and builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about shaping the strategic direction and operational framework of a category-defining company.

Must-Have Skills
Highly organized, strong written and verbal communicator
Several years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB, boutique strategy firms, Big 4)
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills similar to Investment Banking Associates
Proven track record of leading complex projects and strategic initiatives independently
Exceptional stakeholder management skills—internally and externally
Nice-to-Have Skills
Prior startup or high-growth technology experience
1-2 years of experience in operational or strategic roles within tech companies

Built strong relationships across the organization, becoming a trusted advisor and partner to key leaders
Assumed responsibility for significant strategic and operational projects, alleviating the CEO's operational workload
Identified and initiated high-leverage opportunities to improve Agentnoon’s operational effectiveness
Established yourself as a valued strategic thinker within the leadership team, influencing key business decisions
Your Impact — One Year Into the Role
Elevated the CEO’s effectiveness, enabling stronger strategic focus and execution
Delivered multiple high-impact projects directly contributing to Agentnoon’s growth and revenue objectives
Become the go-to problem solver, handling strategic issues and representing the executive team internally and externally
Defined and implemented operational best practices, increasing organizational clarity and alignment
Prepared for your next leadership role within Agentnoon by actively shaping your professional trajectory
